These SMS / Messaging Terms describe the text-message (SMS/MMS) program offered by Craton Systems LLC ("Craton," "we," "us"). They supplement, and are incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or texting a keyword), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing, transactional, and informational text messages from or on behalf of Craton at the number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the subscriber or customary user of the number, or are authorized to consent on the account holder's behalf.
2. Types of Messages
Messages may include marketing and promotional offers, account and transactional notifications, appointment or booking reminders, and other informational updates related to our products and services.
3. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Craton is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
4. Opting Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected]. To rejoin, opt in again.
5. Help
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].
6. Records of Consent
We maintain records of your opt-in and opt-out activity to operate the program and to comply with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier requirements.
7. Keeping Your Number Current
You agree to notify us if your mobile number changes or is deactivated or reassigned. You are responsible for the accuracy of the number you provide, and you agree not to enroll a number that is not yours without the account holder's permission.
8. Privacy and No Sharing of Opt-In Data
We handle mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The messaging program is not intended for emergencies; do not rely on text messages to request emergency services.
10. Supported Carriers and Devices
Messaging is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, subject to carrier support and device compatibility. Availability may change without notice.
11. Clients Who Send Messages Through the Services
If you are a Craton client who sends messages to your own customers through the Services, you are solely responsible for your own messaging compliance — including obtaining valid consent, honoring opt-outs, providing your own program disclosures, and completing any required 10DLC / A2P campaign registration for your account. These SMS / Messaging Terms cover Craton's own messaging program only.
12. Governing Terms
These SMS / Messaging Terms are part of, and governed by, our Terms & Conditions, including their governing-law, dispute-resolution (arbitration), and limitation-of-liability provisions. In the event of a conflict specific to the messaging program, these SMS / Messaging Terms control.
13. Changes
We may update these SMS / Messaging Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version.
